County and City Orders: As of May 4, 2020, the city of Branson, Stone County and the Village of Indian Point are operating under the "Show Me Strong" recovery plan put in place by the State of MO and will be following all protocols under that order. All businesses are beginning the re-open process now and we anticipate a smooth transition with plenty of options for our guests this summer.
Lodge Cleaning: We are following the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services recommendations for lodging establishments by having our cleaning team disinfect surfaces such as remotes, door knobs, appliances, light switches, handrails, etc. and wearing gloves to perform our routine cleaning after each guest departure. Our linens are sent out to a professional laundry service that also follows all of the guidelines put forth by the Health Department.
Pool Area: Our pools are open and operating under normal conditions.
Cancellation Policy: Our current policy is still in effect. If you wish to receive a full refund and cancel for any reason you will need to contact us at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. (Note: If restrictions due to COVID-19 are heightened and stay-at-home orders are re-enforced, we will make changes to this policy)
